Late policy

To ensure every client receives the best experience and to stay on schedule for everyone, please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service price will still apply.

If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show. You'll be asked to reschedule, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients with more than two late cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

Suite policy

To help maintain a calm, relaxing environment for every guest, I kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. As a private suite, I may still be finishing with the previous client.
• Please knock before entering. I may be in the middle of a service and want to ensure each client has privacy and an uninterrupted experience.
• Due to the size of my suite, I can accommodate no more than two guests from the same party at one time. This helps keep the space comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable for everyone.
